A full-service restaurant with a pub room on the side located on a golf course. American-style food is crafted in the kitchen by Army Veterans, and served with a smile. A small bakery runs in the morning to provide fresh bread, rolls, buns, and other baked goods so that we can make sure everything we serve is to our standards. Comments on the Military and Business Ownership Our military service has prepared us by providing the leadership skills necessary to run the crew that we have in the kitchen. These leadership skills have allowed us to stay calm in stressful situations and make sure that everyone understands their job and what they need to do. The mixture of MOS's acquired by both the owners and one of the employees has allowed us to acquire a variety of inventory, leadership, and accountability skills that we have used both in and out of the kitchen.

We are very proud of our military heritage here in Coronado, so please raise your glass to men and women in uniform you may occasionally see in here during lunch or dinner. McP’s Irish Pub & Grill is open seven days a week from 11:00 AM. Happy Hour 4-6 PM M-F. Lunch or Dinner is served until 9 PM after which we feature our Late Night Menu until closing.
