Our Journey Forno wood-fired catering, formerly known as Pranzo Forno, was started back in 2008 by Joe Pinzone, who would take his one small oven to local farmers markets and small events around the city. In January of 2015 rebranding took place with the acquisition of now Co-Owner Matt King.
